DEFINING RELATIVE CLAUSE
- no commas
- gives important information
- can change WHO and WHICH for THAT
EXAMPLE:
She is the woman who / that lives next door.I live in the city where I study.

- gives extra information
- cannot use THAT
EXAMPLE:
